DESIGN NOTES:

Katherine and Stephen’s wedding weekend was a celebration of hospitality, effortlessly blending sophisticated, coastal-inspired design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We collaborated closely with the couple and their planning team to craft thoughtful details from the invitations through to the welcome party and reception. Every element was designed with intention, from a custom floral pattern inspired by an heirloom family cookbook to the subtle border motifs drawn from the event rentals. The result was a beautifully personal and cohesive experience for both the couple and their guests.

CUSTOM DESIGN ELEMENTS:

– Custom floral pattern created from bride’s heirloom cookbook passed down from her grandmother, which was used in the invitation suite, throughout day-of details and signage such as the signature cocktail menus, and on the large-scale band backdrop.
– Invitation Suite including letterpress invitation card, weekend itinerary card, scallop die-cut details card, white-ink reply card, inner envelope with custom floral pattern liner, and vellum wrap with hand-dyed silk ribbon.
– Welcome Party details, such as welcome sign, personalized dinner menus with integrated name cards, and custom napkins
– Wedding day-of stationery including welcome box cards for hotel guests, table numbers, escort cards, and dinner menus with custom border that was carried from invitation suite, inspired from table linen design.
– Customized products, such as matchboxes for the cigar bar, frost flex cups for signature drinks, and 3 different custom cocktail napkins designs with the bride’s favorite party song lyrics
