Please note: this artwork is created in a digital format, not traditional art mediums.
This listing is for a high-resolution digital file of your pet portrait for your personal use. In addition, you will also receive a 4″x6″ physical print of your final artwork, with the option to upgrade to larger sizes.
What type of file will I receive?
Once the artwork is completed, you will receive a high-res PNG file with a transparent background. This will allow you to place the artwork on any colored background.
If you would like any add-ons or additional physical prints, you will be able to include those when ordering.
When will I receive proofs and final deliverables?
Your final artwork will be ready within 2 weeks of submitting your order.
The timeline for your custom pet portrait is as follows:
– Once you submit your order with your reference images, you will receive your first proof within 7 business days.
– Your investment includes up to (2) minor revision rounds. Once revision requests are settled, your final artwork will be delivered.
IS THIS ITEM REFUNDABLE?
This item is only refundable if we have not started the artwork process. Once we start artwork, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
