DESIGN NOTES:
The design concept for this conference was inspired by the conservatory-style tent and the curated rental selections—especially the elegant linens and sculptural chairs. The embossed menu pockets echoed the modern curves of the chair backs, a detail we thoughtfully carried through the rest of the day’s pieces. From the seating chart and table numbers to the custom design mark, these subtle shapes created a cohesive and elevated visual experience.
CUSTOM DESIGN ELEMENTS:
– Embossed dinner menu pockets with foil printing, personalized fun fact for guest on sitting on either side, and dinner menu inside
– Multi-layer seating chart with laser-cut heading
– Table numbers with layered laser-cut acrylic
– Wooden bar menu stand with digitally-printed signature drink menu
– Die-cut place cards with guest name calligraphy
