01. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A SET and what can i customize?
Below are the base pieces for sets. You are able to add additional pieces, add-ons, and embellishments to your sets during the ordering process:
- Save the Date Set: Card, envelope, and digitally printed return addressing
- Invitation Set: Invitation card & envelope, reply card & envelope, and digitally printed return addressing for envelopes
Customizable options include paper color & thickness, envelope color, ink colors, print method and wording. With the Danforth design, you may also customize the artwork.
02. How many should I order, and what are your order minimums?
When figuring out your save-the-date or invitation set count, be sure to count households rather than individuals. We also recommend ordering 15-20% extra to account for any that may get lost in the mail, as well as any keepsakes for you and your photographer.
Our current semi-custom order minimum is $1,500.Â
03. Can i change the layout or switch fonts?
All of our designs include base elements that are not available for customization. These fixed elements include the design layout & orientation, card sizes, font & font sizes, and artwork (unless otherwise listed).
04. Do I get to see my design before it is printed?
Once we receive your wording and customization options, you will receive a realistic digital mockup of your pieces. We do not provide physical proofs before printing your order.
05. can I change my design after i submit my order?
Once an order is placed, changing to a different design will incur a change fee. Please select your design carefully when ordering. However, your investment does include 2 proofs, so you have the opportunity to wording and color changes after your first proof.
06. how far in advance should I book?
Depending on your desired printing method and embellishment selections, semi-custom collection orders take a minimum of 6 weeks from your final print approval to ship. We recommend beginning your ordering process as early as possible to ensure your wedding stationery arrives to your guests on time.
07. how do you ship packages and Do you mail invitations for us?
For deliveries, we use UPS as our preferred carrier. Clients are responsible for all shipping and delivery charges unless another arrangement was previously agreed upon in writing. If you live within the Southern New Hampshire or Greater Boston area, delivery may be arranged at a mileage-based delivery charge, depending on availability.
Semi-custom clients receive their invitations carefully packaged, with the option to add assembly and mailing services to their semi-custom order.
08. Do you accommodate rush orders?
Depending on our availability, rush orders may be accommodated. All rush orders incur a 25% rush fee.Â
09. How do payments work?
Semi-Custom projects are billed at 50% non-refundable retainer up front, and the remaining 50% upon completion of the project.
All of our payment is processed securely via Stripe and we accept all major credit cards, bank transfer within the US. A fee of 3% will be applied to all credit card transactions. Debit cards and bank transfers are not subject to the surcharge fee.
10. Can i see some samples?
You may order a Collection Sample Kit to get to see and touch pieces in person. When you buy a sample kit, you will receive a coupon code to apply the value of the kit to your Collection purchase. Collection Sample Kits coming soon.
